1. General Provisions

By creating an account and purchasing any subscription, credit, or advertising service on AdCraft, users ("Customer", "User", or "Buyer") agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy, as well as the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Pace Yazılım Tasarım Anonim Şirketi.

AdCraft provides digital services and advertising tools accessible immediately after purchase. Therefore, traditional physical product delivery or shipping processes do not apply.

The provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (Turkey), the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and applicable international consumer protection and data laws (including GDPR) shall apply.

2. Digital Service Activation

  • AdCraft offers instant access to purchased digital tools such as video rendering credits, ad generation features, or platform subscriptions.
  • Once the service is activated or credits are consumed, the right of withdrawal is limited under both Turkish and international consumer laws because the service is considered "performed" upon activation.
  • Users must ensure that they review pricing, features, and package details before completing any purchase.

3. Cancellation Rights

Users may cancel a paid plan or subscription within 14 days from the purchase date only if:

  • The digital service has not been activated,
  • No video, creative, or advertisement has been generated, and
  • No advertising campaign has been launched or processed using AdCraft.

If these conditions are met, the user may request cancellation via email at info@pacetech.co.

The cancellation request must include:

  • Full name and registered email address,
  • Order or invoice number, and
  • Reason for cancellation (optional).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are eligible only for unused or partially unused digital plans if no service has been rendered.

Once a subscription or credit has been activated or used to create content, refunds are no longer available, except in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments,
  • Unauthorized charges caused by a verified technical error,
  • Service unavailability for more than 72 consecutive hours due to internal technical issues.

All refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Transaction or payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (e.g., banks, credit card processors, or payment gateways) may be deducted from the refund amount if they are non-refundable to the Company.

5. Subscription Renewals

  • AdCraft subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Users can cancel automatic renewal anytime from their Account Settings page or by contacting info@pacetech.co.
  • Refunds for auto-renewed subscriptions will not be issued once the new billing period has begun and the service remains accessible.

6. Unauthorized Payments & Security

  • If a user suspects unauthorized or fraudulent use of their payment method, they must immediately contact both their payment provider and info@pacetech.co.
  • After verification, any unauthorized transaction will be reversed, and the affected account may be temporarily suspended for security purposes.

7. Force Majeure & Technical Issues

If AdCraft cannot deliver the service due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, global platform failures), users will be notified promptly.

In such cases, users may request:

  • A full refund,
  • Service postponement, or
  • Replacement with equivalent AdCraft credits.

8. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are not applicable in the following cases:

  • When the user has accessed, downloaded, or generated digital media (videos, ads, or creatives).
  • When service interruption is caused by user-side internet issues or device incompatibility.
  • When the purchase was made through promotional campaigns, discount codes, or non-refundable bundles.
  • When the user's account is suspended due to violation of the Terms of Service.

9. Refund Process and Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Refund times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institutions, usually within 5–14 business days.
  • If the refund is delayed beyond this period, users should contact info@pacetech.co for confirmation.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, as well as international e-commerce and consumer protection standards (including the EU Directive on Consumer Rights).

In disputes arising from this Policy, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts in Istanbul, Turkey shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable international law.
